The Inauguration of the White Oil Pipeline took place on August 26, 2005. The President of Pakistan, General Pervez Musharraf, formally inaugurated the White Oil Pipeline at a simple but impressive ceremony, organized at the Port Qasim Station. The ceremony was attended by the Governor and Chief Minister of Sindh, Federal and State Minister for Petroleum, other senior government officials, guests from UAE, top management of oil & gas companies etc.
